Overall, Belad Al-Rafidain is recognized for delivering a satisfying dining experience with authentic tastes and a welcoming environment.
Must try the bread and garlic sauce combo. Portion is really nice. Shawarma very good but needs to be early.
Wonderful experience at an Arabis food shop with delicious food cooked to perfection. Prices are high, especially for lamb compared to chicken. However, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable for gatherings and the serving sizes are generous. It's definitely worth trying if you're willing to spend more for quality food and a great ambiance.
Good Middle Eastern restaurant. Nice and delicious food, big portions, value for money. Always have customers and most of the time crowded. Service is good. All food is very good, but I highly recommend their Shawarma, which is big and full with ingredients, and value for money. Rice dishes are very nice too. I always think of this restaurant when I feel having good Shawarma. Notes: Only Cash, Touch N Go, Duit Now or Money Transfer.
Very authentic Yemeni food, the bread is baked fresh outside the restaurant. My favourite was the Fahsa, excellent combo with the bread. The Kebab Halabi is quite unique - skewered meat with buttery sauce, worth trying also.
Came for lunch. The restaurant wasnt very packed. The place felt a little bit warm in spite of having a/c. Lots of great looking things on their menu, and they also have takeaway shawerma wraps. I ordered a Halabi lamb kebab because it looked really interesting. Did not dissapoint. It took a bit of time to arrive, and after that it also took them some time to bring me the bread that it came with. But the bread was properly heated up and crisped in a tandoor, so it was worth waiting for. Everything was delicious, and the cream sauce of the kebab was very unique. Could've done with some salt, but all in all was good. Price also very reasonable, with a generous portion size.
